Yes, Nexus will pull the Building Permit, schedule and meet with the City/Town Inspector.
If additional concealed conditions are discovered once work has commenced, which were not visible at the time this proposal was bid, Nexus General will stop work and point out these unforeseen concealed conditions to client; so that the client and Nexus General Contracting LLC. can execute a Change Order for any additional work.
Any change orders must be signed by Client.
Yes, Nexus General Contracting LLC. provides comprehensive project management services to ensure that every project is completed on time and within budget.
Upon signing the contract and providing the deposit, the permit application begins. Permitting typically takes about 2 weeks depending on the Town and scope of project. Once the permit is issued, the construction phase starts within a week. However, every project is different.
